It's crazy to look back just a couple of years ago and think about how much can change in just a short span of time. Two years ago, I was just barely starting out as a photographer (I took some pictures with my dad's Nikon D-40 of a girl so she could give them to her boyfriend for valentines day) college was new, the world seemed a lot smaller in our cozy missouri town, and some how it all seemed to be so innocent and so life changing and we didn't even know it. Today, that girl I took pictures of is married to the boy she gave them to for valentines day and to celebrate their one year anniversary I took some pictures of them both. The mood of the shoot was light (almost unintentionally celebratory) we started around 9, after stopping by Starbucks of course, and finished whenever we felt like it. Their love is full of joy and silliness and laughter, it's refreshing to be around because it's authentic and everyone who's encountered it know's it will last forever. Happy Anniversary, Tricia and Noah.
Michael, these are so great! You did a wonderful job with these photos, I especially love the ones in the field.
